Ingredients
This drug mainly contains coumarins such as limettin, and also contains flavonoid glycosides such as diosmin and hesperidin, diterpenoids such as limonin, organic acids and volatile oil, etc.
Therapeutic Effects
The decoction has expectorant, antiasthmatic and anti-allergic effects. Its alcohol extract markedly inhibits the intestinal tract, significantly increases coronary flow and hypoxia tolerance, improves myocardial ischemia and prevents arrhythmia; it also has hypnotic, analgesic and anticonvulsant effects
