Therapeutic Effects

1. Expectorant effect: using the method of collecting tracheal mucus secretion with anesthetizing oil, it was proven that oral administration of Zihuaqianhu decoction can significantly increase the secretion of respiratory tract mucus. 2. Antitussive effect: injecting 1% iodine solution into the pleural cavity of cats to induce cough, the decoction can relieve the cough.
