Ingredients

Yuejihua contains volatile oil, whose components are similar to rose oil, mostly terpene alcohols, mainly geraniol, nerol, citronellol, and their glucosides. It also contains gallic acid, quercitrin, tannins, pigments, etc.

Therapeutic Effects

Yuejihua has strong antifungal activity, inhibiting 17 kinds of fungi at a 3% concentration. The active antifungal component isolated is gallic acid.
