Ingredients

It contains citric acid, fumaric acid, succinic acid, malonic acid, proline, oxalic acid, malic acid, shikimic acid, quinic acid, alkaloids, glycosides, sugars, ficin, and other constituents.

Therapeutic Effects

Experiments have shown that it has anticancer activity and can activate immune function. Fig juice can inhibit transplanted sarcoma in rats and spontaneous mammary cancer in mice, and can delay the progression of transplanted adenocarcinoma, myelogenous leukemia, and lymphosarcoma, causing regression. A substance obtained by acetone treatment of the aqueous fig extract also inhibits Ehrlich sarcoma.

Precautions

Avoid in patients with internal cold.
